Applicant qualification: We will ensure that every applicant you take to a property is vetted and fully understands their financial position.
Offer checking: Our offer checking service ensures purchasers have realistic expectations of both the loan they are looking to take, and the timescales in which a loan is likely to be concluded.
AIP: Any applicant referred to us will have the option of having a bespoke Agreement in Principal and associated certificate put in place. This gives them and our agents the comfort and security that, should an offer be made, the finance will be a formality to approve.
